Corporate bullshit

Ok, on a serious note, (which is very rare for me)...

I have a friend that works for a retail giant who shall stay nameless, but it rhymes with FART, anyway....He and a couple other of my friends that work for "FART" are telling me how happy the store manager/co-manager/co-co-manger and etc that their store passed an inspection by the vice president of the company who apparently never ever comes out of his million dollar home or leaves his obviously spacious corner office in that air conditioned mega building deep in the south, well no fucking shit they passed, do you really think the store manager and the co whatever were going to let the knowledge of a "VIP" coming and not do a dam thing about it ? Come on..., you know what a true inspection is ? It's an UN-annoucned inspection, it's a "hey, mind if we come and look at you're store and rate it ? " and I'm talking this conversation happens at the front door of the building, not a phone call from the VP's personal bitch scheduling the "appointment", right on the property, that would be a true inspection, because it's like calling the cops and telling them you're gonna kill somebody,well what do you think is going to happen ? They are going to trace you're phone call, come and get you, throw you in a dark cell for a couple days, interrogate the living shit out of you and then if you are lucky, you might get to go home, no,a true surprise comes when you don't tell ANYBODY, do you think Ted Bundy and Charles Manson called the cops with their master plans and got the okay before they did it ? Hell no, they went out and did the job, (however sick and twisted that was) they still got away with at first because they didn't announce their intentions, what happens after that doesn't matter.
And that's another thing, I could give a flying fuck less how much "fart" made annually, know why, because the employee's are not reaping any of those benefits,....Okay, they get a "bonus" at the end of the year amounting anywhere from $500-$1000, maybe more if the VP doesn't need to buy a new car that year, but seriously, these people that run around say "our sales are up by %20 percent, yayyyy," or "fart" made 30 million dollars this year", do you really care ? Are you reaping the benefits ? Are you getting a cut of those sales ? The obvious answer here is NO !, because if you were, nobody in America would be poor, their wouldn't be a poverty problem and some other stuff wouldn't exist either, like RICH POWERFUL COCKSUCKERS THAT SIT IN A CUBICLE AND TELL YOU WHAT TO DO A THOUSAND MILES AWAY ", but somehow this same retail giant that made over $30 million that year can't afford a cost of living increase for it's employee's, I don't mean 20 fucking cents either you stingy bastards, a $1 would be good, it would show the company actually gives a fuck about you, $2 shows they care and value their employee's instead of having a turnover rate of %120 in a year, ( that % is from ONE store)but instead they give out a "bonus" instead, and know what ? They tax it, that's right, and this last year, they included it on all those employee's checks, so it got double taxed, anybody that owed child support, IRS,etc etc never saw a penny of that bonus, guarantee it.
That bonus is not even a for sure thing, it's depending on you're store sales, how many customers sued you that year, how much "shrink" you lost, how much this, how much that, it's like they are playing with you're mind, they are taking the checks and swinging them in front of the employee's faces like teasing a cat with a toy, everytime you go to swat or grab it, they pull it away like some sick fucks they are.
One store here in our fine Vegas valley lost over 190 employee's in ONE DAY after they found out they weren't getting SHIT from the multi-billion dollar company, even though I'm sure they worked their asses off just as hard as anybody else or as the stores that got a bonus.
I know I know, I'm getting off topic here, but these are things that piss me off about big business and company's that supposedly care about their employee's, yea, until you fuck up , then you're out the door because they "care" so much right ? I will never understand nor do I want to why people allow this to happen, why do people constantly lay down and let themselves get bullshitted and jerked off and just accept it, if more people were to take a stand and say enough is enough and I mean MORE people, not a 20, not 30, I mean fucking thousands, like a nationwide thing, the face of business would change drastically, but until then these people are going to be little puppets for their masters that don't give a shit about them and look at them as "expendable".
